- RefundSathi offers refund assistance services by reviewing user complaints, communicating with the concerned companies, and filing complaints on behalf of users with consumer forums, legal authorities, or government-approved platforms. The service operates solely on a success fee model, meaning users are only required to pay a fee if they successfully receive a refund. RefundSathi is an independent platform and is not affiliated with any brand, company, government body, or legal forum. It functions purely as a consumer support partner to help individuals secure refunds they are entitled to.
- To initiate the refund process, users must submit complete transaction and booking details, a description of the complaint, supporting documents such as invoices or emails. Upon submission, users will receive an email at their registered email address confirming the start of the refund process. This email will also include a declaration of their agreement to pay the success fee. Users must reply to this email with “Yes, I accept the terms and conditions” and attach a copy of their Aadhaar card as identity proof. Failure to confirm within this timeframe may delay the complaint process.
- By submitting a complaint, users agree to provide accurate and truthful information, cooperate with RefundSathi throughout the refund process, and acknowledge that their submission signifies acceptance of all the terms outlined.
- RefundSathi charges a success fee only after your refund has been successfully credited to your original mode of payment, such as your bank account, wallet, or UPI. There are no upfront charges, hidden fees, or additional costs involved in the process. The success fee is based on the refunded amount. If the refunded amount is ₹10,000 or less, you are required to pay a 10% success fee. If the refunded amount is more than ₹10,000, the success fee will be 8%. This fee must be paid within 7 working days of receiving the refund. It applies to every partial or full refund you receive related to the specific complaint after you have submitted your documents and agreed to our terms.
- If a user fails to pay the success fee after receiving the refund, RefundSathi reserves the right to take legal action to recover the due amount, suspend any further assistance, and block future service requests from that user.
- RefundSathi is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party companies, systems, or legal processes. It is also not liable for partial or denied refunds due to company policies or any indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the platform.
- All user data is processed in accordance with RefundSathi’s Privacy Policy, ensuring confidentiality, secure handling, and restricted access. Information is shared only with trusted legal advisors, consumer forums, or government agencies involved in the resolution of the case.
- For Fuel bills, by availing our fuel bill service, users acknowledge that RefundSathi solely facilitates the provision of formatted fuel bills intended to support reimbursement documentation. These bills are generally suitable for platforms like Pluxee(formerly Sodexo). Users are advised to verify eligibility for claims under their organization’s reimbursement rules. RefundSathi does not intervene in or influence any third-party app, employer decision, or claim outcome, and our role is limited to bill generation as per the selected plan.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai.
